Vent!

If you don't know how to do your job ask for help or get the hell out! Stop making everyone else have to clean up your problems. Either you can do the job or you can't! If you can't, I would appreciate you just admitting it and asking for help, rather than having to fix the same problems month after month. I really don't appreciate spending a whole day working on something that should take 2 hours. Please for the love of all things holy....STOP BEING STUPID!
